Disinfecting Blend:

May be used for: bruising and tears, itching, odor, pH balance, stagnation or dampness in womb, hemorrhoids, pelvic pain/inflammation and uterine fibroids.

Blend contains at least seven organic, freshly dried, chemical free herbs for 4 steams.

Directions:

It is usually advised to steam only once a week for no more than thirty minutes. Use a clay, glass, stainless steel pot, or yoni steam safe seat to ensure no toxins leach into your steam water. Boil purified water (approx. 1 liter) with 3 tbsp. of herb blend. When steam is at a comfortable temperature, wrap yourself from waist down and ensure  steam is trapped. Sit over the pot for approx. 15 minutes allowing the steam to enter the vaginal canal.
